NRI SERVICES

TOTAL PROPERTY MONITORING:

  • Plot Management - Visit & Report once in 3 months - 75 USD per annum. Always a vigil on your vacant land is advisable, we do the same for you.
  • House construction progress report - Visit & Report once in months - 125 USD per annum maximum six visits within a year.

BUYING AND SELLING ASSISTANCE:

  • Sourcing the prospective client and finalizing the negotiation till documentation (FOR SELLING).
  • Sourcing a suitable and good returns property as per client’s requirements with clean chit of documents. (FOR BUYING).
  • Service Charges - 3% of the total asset value.

RENTAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT:

TENANT FIXING, MANAGEMENT & VACATING INSPECTION - 9.5% OF THE TOTAL ANNUAL RENT
